Man, lots of angry yelpers beating on this place. I love the one star from the woman with 17 Whole reviews or the elite dude who sings the decor.

The best pho joints I've been to are dives and strip mall places like this. So here's my experience. The broth is good as was the rest of it

Nice joint and nice people. More like a 4 but trying to offset the haters.

Awesome pho... broth wasn't greasy.. service was good.. a good experience here. The crispy egg rolls were just as awesome. The price was just as amazing.

    Location 5 stars
My appetizers 3 stars, most was lettuce, no flavor what so ever.
    Need to decor place,
Only one in the restaurant and it took 15 minutes to get my appetizer.
    Very slow.  Place it's ok

I'm not sure if the management changed or what, but I've noticed a difference in food and customer service. I'm pretty lenient when it comes to changes. The food is still good, but I feel like I get less for the same price. I order take out once in awhile and sometimes the order is wrong. Hey, we are all human and I get that we can mistakes. But I ordered 1 large pho and 2 Banh Mi sandwiches and when I got to the restaurant, they claimed that I ordered 2 chicken pho bowls and 2 salads. The manager came out and retook the order. He ended up giving me a regular sized chicken pho instead of a large. ‍ It's forgivable because I love this spot and it's the closest Vietnamese restaurant near my place. I'm crossing my fingers for a comeback.
